Deposit Security addresses the challenge of upfront security deposits by offering tenants a flexible, monthly subscription model. Previously, tenants faced barriers due to high lump-sum deposits, and landlords struggled with ineffective security measures. The Intent UX team collaborated with Deposit Security to design an intuitive online application flow. The hybrid solution caters to tech-savvy tenants using both mobile and desktop devices, enabling easy verification, account creation, and subscription to security deposit coverage.
